When can I expect my order?

Orders are received and processed within 24 to 48 hrs. Turn around time for processing and shipping is 3-28 days, not including nights and weekends.

Please note: Due to increased shipping times nation wide, orders may take longer to process.

Where is my package?

Once a package leaves our workshop, it is in the hands of the carrier. If you are having issues with the item arriving or not arrive, please contact your carrier with your tracking number directly.

Do you take custom request?

Of course! Custom requests are are favorite! Please note, we try our best to be able to create what you would like, however not all designs will be created. We have the right to refuse a custom request for with no reason given. In order to make a custom request send an email to:

Is local pick up at a storefront or residential address?

Our business is actually run out of a She Shed at our home in Oakfield, New York. You will be picking up via porch pick up at our home. You will receive notification when your order is ready for pick up.
